Pancakes
Ingredients
| 2 cups | all-purpose flour |
| 1⁄4 cup | sugar |
| 1 1⁄2 tbsps | baking powder |
| 1⁄2 tsp | salt |
| 2 cups | milk |
| 1⁄4 cup | vegetable oil |
| 1⁄4 cup | orange juice |
| 1⁄4 cup | butter, melted |
Steps
- Stir together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, oil and orange juice. Combine with the dry ingredients, stirring while pouring.
- Continue stirring and add the melted butter.
- Cook about 1⁄4 cup of batter for each pancake.
