Easy Heath Bars
Ingredients
| 1 pckg | Club crackers |
| 2 sticks | butter |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| 12 ozs | chocolate chips |
| 1⁄2 cup | chopped pecans |
Steps
- Spray pan or line with parchment paper. Line a cookie sheet with crackers. Do not crush!
- Boil brown sugar with butter 3-4 minutes. Pour over crackers.
- Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly (2-3 minutes). Remove and pour bag of chocolate chips on top. Spread as they melt with a spatula. Sprinkle pecans. Let cool and break apart. Can be kept in the freezer or refrigerator.
