Cookie Bars

Neiman Marcus Bars Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients

1 box	Yellow Cake Mix
1⁄3 cup	vegetable oil
1	egg
1 pkg	Cream Cheese, softened
1⁄3 cup	granulated sugar
1 tbsp	melted butter
1 cup	white chocolate chips

Steps

1. Mix the cake, oil, and egg and set aside 1 cup of the mixture.
2. Press the rest of the mixture into the bottom of a greased pan to make the crust.
3. Bake the crust at 350 for about 20 minutes, until the edges are golden.
4. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and butter and add the mixture to the top of crust. Top with mini chocolate chips and the set aside crumble.
5. Bake for about 20 more minutes, until the edges are golden.
6. Let cool, then slice into bars.
