Description
Cut chicken breasts in half, biased towards the thicker end.
Description
Coat the chicken with the spice rub and place on wire rack on rimmed baking sheet, foil lined, sprayed with vegetable oil. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Spray chicken with vegetable oil and set the thinner breast pieces aside. Place chicken on the middle rack in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes.
